Year in review: Where we traveled in 2024

Our PARALLAXploration program inspires new perspectives by sending team members on company-funded, solo adventures to explore new places to fuel creativity and strengthen our commitment to sustainability

The only direction for this year's travels? "Back to the roots."

The images alone are inspiring, showcasing the incredible depth of U.S., and the world. From the historic Edmund Pettis Bridge in Selma, to cobblestone streets in New York, the Brandenburg Gate in Berlin, Avalanche Lake in Glacier National Park, Montana, a skybridge in Boyne, Mountain, Michigan, and city hall in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

We encouraged employees to explore a place connected to their history that shaped their perspective today. That mission also led the team to explore Italy, Ireland, Scotland, the Netherlands, Thailand, London, D.C., the Southwest, and Connecticut.

As a team of avid globetrotters, we often daydream about our next big trip —  but there’s no denying the challenges of traveling when you work full-time. That’s why our Co-founders developed PARALLAXploration, a company-funded travel program aimed at getting our team out of the office and into the world. With an $1,800 stipend in our pockets and extra paid time off on our calendars, we’re sent to a destination of our choosing with only a few guidelines to follow:

1) Go somewhere you’ve never been.

2) Go “alone.”

“The goal of this program is to get our team out of their comfort zone and give them new perspectives to bring back to work.," says Jonathan Hanwit, tPX CEO and Co-Founder.

Next year, we will have a new theme and the team will have a fresh stipend and invitation to explore somewhere else. Stay tuned for updates on our 2025 theme.
