We collect many of the types of personal information listed above directly from you when you use the Services or otherwise interact with us, especially as a customer or applicant.    

We also collect personal information when you voluntarily provide it or make it available to us by (1) registering for webinars     , or registering for a newsletter or other communication; (2) providing feedback to us through a feedback tool; (3) signing up for, attending or viewing a recording of one of our events or presentations. Each manner in which we collect personal information about you occurs only when you voluntarily provide information to us.

Cookies and Automatically Collected Information

We may collect the following personal information automatically through your use of the online Services:

  • Real names

For certain online Services, we also use cookies and similar technologies to enhance the usability of our website, track web traffic and advertising. When automatically-collected personal information is not necessary for us to provide you with the online Services, we will obtain your consent for the use of the automatic collection technologies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies described above.  In these cases, and when required by law, we will request your consent.

We may provide links to third-party websites. You acknowledge that such links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by us of such third-party websites. How We Use Personal Information

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

  • Identification and authentication: We use your identification information to verify your identity when you access and use the online Services. We may also use identification information that you provide for the purposes of verifying your identity upon your request to exercise your privacy rights.

Sensitive data will only be collected based on customer asking for a survey or analysis related to the Services we provide and which you request.   • Applicants for employment:  We may collect and use sensitive personal information when you submit an application for employment with the Company.  The sensitive personal information that is collected may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, phone number and other commonly collected employment application information.  We also collect and store birth dates, marital status, and other identifiers as employees have provided them on payroll forms for payroll purposes.
  • Anonymization:  We may also anonymize your personal information in such a way that you may not reasonably be re-identified by us or any other company, and may use this anonymized information for any other purpose.

Sale, Rental or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not share, swap, or rent your personal information.  Neither do we authorize any third party to use personal information submitted by users of our Services for the third party’s own purposes.

Information Security and Storage

As part of our commitment to maintaining reasonable security, the organization has taken steps to protect the information it has gathered about you, including encrypting data at rest, providing employees or contractors access to data on an as needed basis (which is reviewed on a periodic basis).
